Rental Policies

Bookings with Free are subject to vehicle availability. The company will confirm the vehicle before collection. Bring a valid driving licence and any identification requested by the company. Deposit, mileage, fuel and cancellation requirements will be confirmed before the rental begins. Do not use the vehicle for an unlawful purpose or allow an unapproved driver to use it. Contact the company immediately if the vehicle is damaged, involved in an accident or cannot be returned as agreed.
